Hey Everyone!

First off, I would like to deeply apologise to anyone who has asked me about requests or commissions. I've been away from DeviantArt for well over a year now, so I hope that no one thought that I was ignoring them. Between working overtime at my full-time job to afford a house to live in and studying for my bakery apprenticeship, I didn't realise until recently how long I'd been away from here. But now that things have calmed down a little bit, I'm hoping to get back into doing more drawing.
A lot of you have been asking about commissions and commenting on my past posts and I would like to thank you all for your continued interest! I've yet to check through the dozens of notes and messages I've received, but PLEASE let me know if you are still interested in having me draw something for you by either PMing me on DA or through my email etyrnalone@gmail.com. For the moment I will only be taking a couple of commissions at a time due my hectic work schedule, and it will take me longer than usual to finish them., but I will make it a priority to get them done. I'll be putting up another post regarding prices and rules shortly.

Hello again everyone!
So a while ago I was tagged by the lovely PoisonAffairs to write some facts about my Fallout OC Allison. I've gotten quite a few messages from people telling me how cool she is (cheers guys!) so I'm super hyped to share some details about this gal :3
So here's how this meme works apparently...
1) Post these rules.
2) Post 8 facts about your character.
3) Tag 8 other characters.
4) Post their names along with their creators' avatars.
And with all that out of the way, let's get down to business...
1) Allison was born in 2247 in the small farming town of Oak Creek. Her father Derial was a retired NCR Ranger, while her mother Sandra was a school teacher who had once been affiliated with the Followers of the Apocalypse. Growing up, Derial would tell his daughter stories of his adventures while teaching her how to hunt, fight and live off the land whenever they weren't herding brahmin.
2) After Derial passed away from a heart disease in 2265, Allison and Sandra were forced to leave Oak Creek and settle in Primm thanks to brahmin ranchers from the Hub, who had hired mercenaries to harass the townsfolk in order to take over their land. Wanting to follow in her father’s footsteps as a Ranger, Allison joined the New California Republic Army at the age of 18.
3) After finishing her training, she would go on to participate in many dangerous operations against the various raider gangs plaguing the Mohave. During her career in the military, she took part in survived two tours throughout the NCR's war with the Brotherhood of Steel, and even participated in the NCR's operation to seize HELIOS One. In 2276, her actions and bravery would land her an invitation to join the NCR Rangers.
4) Once she completed her training in the Rangers, she was assigned to Camp McCarran under the command of Colonel James Hsu. I have this little head-canon that the two became good friends after a while, and that Allison had begun to develop strong feelings towards James.
5) In 2278, Allison was assigned to rescue some soldiers captured by the Great Khans close to Red Rock Canyon. Going against orders from her commanding officer , she sneaked into the Khans' encampment the night before the assault and negotiated the release of the captured soldiers in exchange for allowing the Khans to leave peacefully. Unfortunately, she was arrested under the grounds of insubordination and her superior ordered the rest of his unit to exterminate the entire group. When she learned that this event was covered up by the higher ups, Allison retired from the military and returned to Primm.
6) Much like her mother, Allison loves Blues and Jazz music. Among her favourite songs include "Rocket 69" and "Sixty Minute Man", the latter she has almost memorized. Whenever she's out scavenging, she will often be looking out for any holodisks containing soundtracks from the Pre-War era to add to her continuously growing collection.
7) Allison is rather self-conscious about her appearance. She is reluctant to wear most formal dresses and gown due to all the shrapnel scars and burns she acquired throughout the years, mainly the large burn across her left shoulder she got from a detonated plasma grenade.
8) Out of all my female video game OCs, Allison is the oldest (being roughly 34 years of age during the events of Fallout: New Vegas.) She is also the first female OC character from a video game I've ever created, the second being my Jedi Exile from KOTOR II.
And I tag these amazing lemmings to join in the fun if they fell like it!

If any of you guys are interested in a commission or art trade from me, look over my gallery to get an idea of what I create and what I'm good at before sending me a note. I do well with fantasy and science fiction characters with established visual representation from comic books, video game, TV and even original characters. I will not take on commissions involving mecha, nudity, graphic sexual situations, and/or excessive violence. My prices have been listed here.

I hit over 5000 views! I want to give a big shout out to everyone's who's taken the time to look through my gallery, and for all the faves and comments. You guys are a huge encouragement and I truly appreciate it! I've been getting a few requests for commissions in my emails, so I'll be starting those up very soon since I've reached my first milestone.
